Agreement to these terms
By accessing Babu Maker, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the applicable platform policies.
Customer accounts
You must provide accurate and current information, protect your login credentials and promptly report unauthorised account use. You are responsible for activities performed through your account unless caused by a platform security failure.
Babu Maker may restrict or suspend accounts connected with fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, payment misuse or repeated policy violations.
Marketplace and products
Babu Maker operates a marketplace through which approved sellers offer beauty and personal-care products. Product descriptions, images, prices and availability may change before an order is completed.
Products are subject to seller availability and platform approval. Minor colour differences may occur because of lighting, photography or device display settings.
Orders, pricing and payments
The server-calculated total shown at checkout is authoritative and may include product prices, discounts, tax, shipping and applicable COD charges. Babu Maker does not rely on totals supplied by the customer device.
Order acceptance is subject to stock availability, successful online payment verification or COD availability. A single checkout may create separate seller sub-orders with different dispatch and delivery timelines.
Online payments are processed through authorised payment providers. Babu Maker does not store card numbers, UPI PINs or banking passwords.
Shipping, cancellation and returns
Shipping, cancellation, return and refund eligibility is governed by the applicable policy and the terms recorded with each purchased item. Certain opened, used or hygiene-sensitive beauty products may be non-returnable.
Virtual makeup try-on
Virtual try-on results are visual estimates and may differ from actual product appearance because of skin tone, lighting, camera quality, display settings and application technique.
You must have the necessary rights and consent for every image you upload. Do not upload images of another person without permission or images containing unlawful or sensitive material.
Acceptable use
You must not interfere with platform security, upload malicious files, misuse payment or refund workflows, scrape protected data, automate abusive requests, impersonate another person or use the service for unlawful activity.
Intellectual property
The Babu Maker name, platform design, software and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Seller trademarks and product content remain the property of their respective owners.
Availability and liability
Service availability may be affected by internet connectivity, maintenance, payment gateways, couriers, sellers or other third-party dependencies. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms when platform services, policies or legal obligations change. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts in Uttar Pradesh.
